We were seeking cabinets that could be shipped quickly

We were seeking cabinets that could be shipped quickly, assemble on site, with quality at a good price point. We searched many websites that sell ready to assemble cabinets but found yours most helpful. This is our first experience with your company and have really appreciated your promptness and follow up after the order was place...Your company provided the exact kind of product we were looking for in the packaging we were seeking and quality that exceeds any cabinet from a fixed store at this price point.

Fun

I had a fun experience dealing with Angela and George face to face at their Munster showroom. They seam very knowledgeable and they stand behind their product. I received a broken cabinet but they were able to give me a new one at no charge a few weeks later. Thanks guys

I found out about RTA while searching Craigslist for kitchen cabinets.

I found out about RTA while searching Craigslist for kitchen cabinets. I ordered samples of the cabinet doors that I was considering and was very impressed with the quality of the doors. Then I ordered just the wall cabinets, as I would prefer to do my kitchen in two parts. The cabinets arrived quickly and the assembly was as simple as it could be. I put four cabinets together in thirty to forty minutes. The cabinets are a very high quality and I am pleased with the product. I will be ordering the base cabinets after the first of the year. Thank you RTA for delivering what you promised

So I finally got the crown down, which means the kitchen is complete

So I finally got the crown down, which means the kitchen is complete. Thanks for all the help along the way!! We saved a lot of money buying the cabinets through you and we wouldn't have been able to do this remodel any other way. I took some pictures of the finished kitchen and the little custom things I did and wanted to pass them along to you. I took a close up shot of the crown and the light rail. I used a stainable filler at the joints and in the nail holes, then stained it with the stain I had the Sherwin Williams guy mix for me. I also wanted to show you my handy filler cabinet next to the sink. I had about 5" of space that I didn't want to waste so I put a shelf bottom in it and put hinges on the filler to make it a little cabinet. When it's closed you can't even tell it's not just a regular filler. The 3" wide fridge panel was a little too wide, so I cut about an inch off of it to give the fridge a little extra room, then stained it and put it up. The garbage slideout I bought from you was OK, but we had to open the door, then pull the garbage out by hand every time we wanted to throw something out. It was a little inconvenient. I took that out and bought a Rev-A-Shelf double pullout and installed that instead. Now it is mounted on the door so we just pull the handle on the door and both trash cans come out. We use one for garbage and one for recyclables. It cost us an extra $130 but we like it a lot. I am also sending you a couple before pictures as well, notice where the sink and windows used to be, that was probably the toughest part of the remodel. That is pretty much it. If you want any other pictures just ask and I can take them. And if any of your customers have any problems I can probably advise them, I feel like a pro after doing this whole job my self. Just email me if you need anything.

Thank you for being honest

Thank you for being an honest company. (That's a bit rare these days.) When I received my first shipment of cabinets, i did not check the order correctly with the delivery truck, and did not realize until much later that I did not receive a corner base cabinet. According to your detailed rules, I believed I blew it, my fault not yours. I ordered another base cabinet, and ate the cost. About a week ago, you contacted me that you had discovered the error. You have sent me a refund for the missing cabinet. TOTALLY unexpected!!! Thank you for being honest and doing your business with integrity. I will definitely recommend you to others, and when I need further cabinets, I will not hesitate to use Cabinet Mania again.

I spent $18,768.96 with Cabinet Mania and I was SHOCKED with what I got

My husband and I LOVE our new kitchen and we wanted to thank your folks for a job well done. The ordering process was painless. Delivery was on time and professionally accomplished. Scott Holwick, our contractor, recommended your company for myriad reasons and we see why. We are already enjoying showing off our new kitchen to our friends and neighbors.

very happy with my purchase

I received my shipment of cabinets last week. Needless to say, I am thrilled with them! They are beautiful!! Order was received complete and undamaged. Truck driver even helped me unload them! Really nice man. My husband and I assembled them. They do take a little adjusting and loosening some of the screws on the brackets but they are very well made and go together very nicely. I would recommend these cabinets to anyone! Beautiful product and I will probably be ordering more in the future

Angela was great

I want to let you know just how outstanding Angela has been throughout this whole kitchen process. I first emailed her back in Nov/Dec and have modified our plans approximately 10 times. She is always prompt, polite, and truly goes above and beyond. It's great to find people like that when you truly are lost, and she is one of a kind. Cabinet Mania is lucky to have her

I had a blast designing my kitchen with Angela! SO much fun

I had a blast designing my kitchen with Angela! SO much fun and it was definitely worth the drive from Chicago. Ordered RTA Cabinets with them and 2 weeks later they were on my door step. I was quoted from Menards $12,000 and Angela got me white shaker solid wood cabinets with all the bells and whistles for exactly $4,893.97 with free shipping. I cant wait to post pictures of my finished kitchen!! Whoo!

I spent $17K with Cabinet Mania

I just wanted to take the time to let you know how much I have enjoyed working with Angela in designing my kitchen. She has gone above and beyond to work with my crazy requests and changes to get us to our final kitchen product. As a designer myself, I am certain that my changes have gone way outside the realm of the normal client, and she has responded to each one with quick attention and smiles. We are so excited for our new kitchen, and had many quotes to choose from. Our customer service experience with Mike has been so amazing, that there isn’t a chance we would go with anyone else. We hope to place our order soon, and this is largely based on our wonderful experience in working with Thank you again!

A few weeks later and $4,313.59 my cabinets where delivered. I bought the Vanilla RTA Cabinets unassembled and I couldnt be happier with how they turned out. Ill post pictures once Im done installing them

Thank you for the good service

First, I'm sorry it took me so long to send this letter. I completed the kitchen in March 2016 then as you can understand other projects took over and I forgot to follow up. I received my ready to assemble cabinets first week of Jan last year. I had one 42x42 door that had some damage and Monica sent me another door right away. There was a bit of a learning curve with the first one, probably because I like to over-construct everything. After that the build was actually kind of fun. I really felt a sense of ownership building my own cabinets. Even though I didn't mill and stain them I can still tell everyone that I built my own cabinets! Everyone that comes over absolutely loves the kitchen! Almost year later now and I am still 100% satisfied with the quality and durability of the cabinets! About the project...I built all the cabinets ahead of time and set them aside in a spare room. We started tear out the last week of Jan 2015. Like any project we hit a few problems. We found black mold under the engineered hardwood floors in the kitchen caused by a previous water leak from the refrigerator prior to us owning the home. We decided to tear it all out and lay tile. We completely gutted the kitchen up to the ceiling. We replaced all the plumbing, electrical, put in new insulation and drywall. We also did a few opening changes. The cabinets took a little over a day to install...I only had help a few days with the drywall and cabinet installation, the rest was all done on my days off. I took a breather and finished the backsplash 2 months later. The entire kitchen remodel cost around $14,263, not including appliances. The cabinets totaled $3,724. Junky partical board Kraft made from Home depot would have cost over 8k. I had estimates over $35k from other kitchen remodelers. This was my first kitchen and I'm really happy with how it turned out.
